Photoshop for iPad has had an update and with it comes the addition of the popular Photoshop tool Curves so you can now make specific colour and tone adjustments when editing images on your iPad

This first version includes adjustments of tonal curves for all channels, multi-node selections and some new affordances to enable the app to recognise when you want to tap and drag a node with your finger or pencil or select it.

Adobe says they know that many customers when using the desktop version of Photoshop rely on the numerical inputs for precise adjustments and these number inputs, along with the eyedropper tools, will ship soon in a future release.

Pencil Pressure Sensitivity

As well as a new Curve tool, Adobe has now added a way to adjust the pressure sensitivity of the Apple Pencil for more precise brushing, cloning, and other effects when using brush-based tools.
